We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a purchase or request a refund. For courses, you have a 14-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a refund request. Refunds will be issued only if you haven't accessed any part of the course during this period. However, once the 14 days have passed or if any part of the course has been accessed, we retain the right to deny the refund, either partially or entirely.

You can cancel your account and your use of the Service at any time using the cancel function within the “Settings” section of your Profile.
